ILE Works with a Variety of Disabilities

We work with you and your circle of support to determine the scope of services based on your goals. Together we work collaboratively toward development, generalization and maintenance of skills that will lead to increased independence and overall quality of life.

Have participated in at least one of the following:

  • Post-secondary support program
  • Transition program
  • Technical School
  • College or University

Lived outside of their family home in:

  • Dorm
  • Apartment
  • Communal living setting

Safety:

  • Able to navigate the community independently
  • Adhere to their medication regimen
  • Prepare a variety of meals

Employment:

  • Experience with volunteer placements, internships or paid employment
  • Completed any prerequisite higher education for employment
